Renegade
Renegade wine bar is located in a really special location in Bethnal Green. Tucked away and a bit difficult to find as you are simply walking down the street. One small sign might catch your eye… their happy hour! They have a fabulous happy hour from 5-7pm with glasses of wine for £5! Once inside the Renegade building you’ll find yourself under the overground tube. While a bit noisy at times it adds to the cozy ambiance as it is a very narrow space. Dimly lit in with candles and the occasional party it is both cosy inside and great outdoor seating on a summer evening.
There are small plates available with your drinks and I would highly recommend the garlic feta dip with naan. It is a perfect spot for any occasion, be it reading a book on your own, catching up with a friend, going on a date, or even throwing a mini reunion with old friends.
